We cant make roads any safer for furry animals, but we can make our products safer for you. And we take your safety very seriously. We have a dedicated team of armadillos working round the clock to make our products more safe. They carry out a whole bunch of tests on our toys. The main one being the BS EN 71 test. This is the British Standard Specification for the safety of toys. Our roadkill toys have had it bad enough already, but they get it much worse in the BS EN 71 test. Theyre burnt, pulled, hung, flung, butchered, grated, eviscerated. And thats what it takes to produce completely safe products. This test ensures that our teddies remain nice and simple. Free from needles, shards of glass, irritants, and grenades. With just good old stuffing and plush. But despite all this, we must emphasise that this product is not a toy. And as such it is not designed for children under the age of 14 to play with. It is designed for big kids. The kind of kids that have beer guts and hairy shoulders. If you want to know more about what the BS EN 71 test involves and how it is conducted, read on.EN 71-1:1998 Safety of toys Part 1: Mechanical and physical properties
